CRIME SCENE: Ravensmead, Cape Town: The South African Police Service have arrested a man and a woman, both 34-years-old, after they were allegedly found with drugs in their possession on 22 April 2026.

 In the first incident the polioce followed up on information about suspected drug activities at a house in Canterbury Street, Eureka Estate, Ravensmead. When the police arrived at around 21:10 a 34-year-old female was arrested for possession of drugs after she was found with nine tik sachets and 13 cocaine sachets on her premises. 

In the second incident the police discovered a large number of drugs including ecstasy tablets, tik, cocaine and mandrax tablets and cash at a premises in 10^th Avenue, Ravensmead at around 22:00. A 34-year-old man was arrested in connection to these drugs and money.
