CRIME SCENE: Lamberts Bay, West Coast: The police here are seeking the assistance of the public to trace Louis Agrela (63), who is wanted for fraud committed between October 2018 and August 2023. A warrant for his arrest was issued by the Clanwilliam Magistrates’ court.
